Game Rules
Last updated: 11 October 2026 · This English translation is provided for convenience; the Turkish text is the authoritative version.
The aim in Kuzark is for everyone to enjoy a fair game. Every player who opens an account is deemed to have accepted these rules. Not knowing the rules is no excuse; when in doubt, ask a game master (GM).
1. Account and security
- You are responsible for the security of your account and password. Do not share your password with anyone; the game team will never ask for your password.
- Sharing, selling or transferring an account, or playing on someone else's account, is forbidden. Losses on a shared account are not restored.
- The characters of an account are bound to a single race. Opening a second account to sabotage the opposing race from the inside is forbidden.
- If your character is logged in from somewhere else, the previous session is closed and a warning is shown at the new login. If that was not you, change your password immediately.
2. Cheats and third-party software
- Any software that alters the game's files, memory or network traffic is forbidden: speed hacks, walking through walls, auto-aim, item duplication and the like.
- Automation software and macros that play your character while you are away are forbidden.
- Accounts that use, distribute or advertise cheat software are closed permanently without warning.
3. Bug abuse
- If you find a bug, report it through the in-game Feedback window or on Discord. Players who report bugs may be rewarded.
- Knowingly using a bug over and over to gain Silver, items, experience or War Points is forbidden. Gains obtained this way are taken back and the account is penalised.
- Spreading a bug you found to others also counts as abuse.
4. Chat and conduct
- Swearing, insults, threats, harassment and humiliation are forbidden. This rule applies to the general, zone, party, clan, shout and whisper channels alike.
- Discrimination and hate speech based on race, religion, language, gender, origin or political opinion are forbidden.
- Flooding the chat with the same message (spam) and advertising other games, sites or servers are forbidden.
- Sharing another player's real-life personal information (name, address, phone number, photo) is forbidden.
- Presenting yourself as a game master or a team member is forbidden.
5. Character and clan names
- Names containing swearing, insults, sexual content, hate speech or political propaganda may not be used.
- Names imitating the game team, GMs or well-known people may not be used.
- Names that break the rules are changed by the game team; if repeated, the account is penalised.
6. Trade and economy
- Buying or selling in-game items, Silver, Gold or accounts for real money is forbidden. Gold can only be purchased through kuzark.com.
- Scamming is forbidden: not handing over an item promised in a trade, obtaining items or Silver with false promises, or trying to take over someone else's account.
- The trade window and the Silver Bazaar are safe; losses in "you give first" style swaps outside them are not restored.
7. PvP and the Kirgin Plain
- The Kirgin Plain is a battlefield: attacking players of the opposing race, ambushing them and attacking in groups are allowed. Being killed is not grounds for a complaint.
- Killing each other by arrangement to farm War Points (killing your own second account or a friend over and over) is forbidden. Points gained this way are deleted.
- The inside of the headquarters is a safe zone; guard towers fire on anyone approaching the enemy headquarters.
- Duels take place by mutual consent; in a wagered duel the stake goes to the winner and is not returned.
8. Game masters (GM)
- GMs are shown with a golden GM tag above their name. GM decisions are to be followed in the game; you can appeal through the channel described below.
- GMs do not give players Silver, items or levels; insisting on asking for them is grounds for a penalty.
9. Penalties
The penalty depends on the severity of the violation and on repetition. If the same violation is repeated, the penalty from the next step up is applied.
| Violation | First penalty | If repeated |
|---|---|---|
| Spam, mild swearing, advertising | Warning or 1-hour mute | 1-day to 7-day mute |
| Severe insults, harassment, hate speech | 1-day to 7-day mute | Temporary account suspension |
| Character / clan name that breaks the rules | The name is changed | Temporary account suspension |
| Arranged War Point farming | Points deleted, warning | 7-day account suspension |
| Bug abuse | Gains taken back, 3 to 7-day account suspension | Permanent account closure |
| Scamming, selling for real money | 7 to 30-day account suspension | Permanent account closure |
| Cheat software, automated play | Permanent account closure (no warning) | |
A muted player cannot write in chat; the remaining time is shown in the chat box. A player whose account is suspended sees the reason and the end date on the login screen. An account suspension covers all characters on the account; Gold on a closed account is not refunded.
10. Complaints and appeals
- When you see a rule being broken, report it through the in-game Feedback window (character name, time and what happened) or in the support channel on Discord. Adding a screenshot speeds things up.
- You can appeal a penalty through Discord. Appeals are reviewed against the chat and game records.
- The game team reserves the right to act in situations that are not written here but that disrupt the fair running of the game. The rules may be updated; the current version is always on this page.
