Forgot My Password

Enter your username or the email address of your account. We will send you a password reset link.

If an account matches these details, we sent a password reset link to its registered email address. The link is valid for 1 hour; if you ask again the same link is re-sent, and older emails keep working.
If the email has not arrived, check your Spam / Junk folder. At most 5 reset emails are sent per account per day.
