Terms of Use and Sale

1. Parties

Buyer / Player: the person who opens an account or purchases Gold through kuzark.com.

2. Service

Kuzark is a free-to-play online game. No fee is charged for downloading or playing the game. The in-game currency "Gold" can optionally be purchased. Gold is used for Premium membership and for items in the Gold Bazaar.

3. Account

A valid email address is required to open an account; the account is confirmed by email.
The player is responsible for the security of the username and password. An account cannot be transferred to anyone else.
Cheating, bug abuse, scamming other players, swearing and insults are forbidden. In such cases the account may be closed without warning.

4. Purchasing Gold (distance sale)

The prices of Gold packs are shown on the account page in Turkish lira (TL), VAT included.
Payment is made by credit / debit card through the PayTR secure payment infrastructure. Card details are not transmitted to or stored by Kuzark.
Once the payment is approved, the Gold is credited to the purchasing account instantly and automatically. Delivery is completed with this credit.
Gold cannot be converted into real money, transferred to another account or sold outside the game.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Under Article 15 of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form or for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. Because Gold is delivered to the account the moment the payment is approved, there is no right of withdrawal after the purchase.

Players whose payment was taken but whose Gold did not reach the account because of a technical error can write to kuzarkonline@gmail.com or to our Discord server with their order number. After a check, the Gold is credited to the account or the payment is refunded.

6. Changes to the service

The game is in development (open beta). Game content, items, prices and rules may change over time. If the game is to be shut down permanently, players are notified at least 30 days in advance.

7. Disputes

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply to disputes arising from these terms. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and the Consumer Courts within the monetary limits.
