Sky Tower, Achievements and Name Tags
A new five-floor solo dungeon has opened in the sky: the Sky Tower. Clear the monster waves on each floor and the Floor Keeper takes you up. The game also has an achievement and title system now: what you do is counted, and every achievement unlocks a title.
- •The Sky Tower opens at level 30 and is entered from the [Sky Tower] keeper at the Crossroads. You get 3 entries per day per account. Everyone gets a room of their own; if the rooms are full you join a queue and the top right shows how many are ahead of you. When your turn comes an "Enter" window opens.
- Five floorsStone Court, Ivy Garden, Ice Hall, Ember Hall and Golden Throne. Every floor has a merchant and a blacksmith; the Tower Warden waits in the last wave. A climb lasts at most 30 minutes. If you die in the tower the climb ends, but you lose no EXP.
- •The floors get harder as you climb: on the first floor monsters hit at about half their normal strength (Stone Court 55%), a little harder on every floor, and at the Golden Throne almost at full strength (95%). The first floor is a warm-up; bring potions for the upper floors.
- •Every floor gives Silver. At the end of the month, players who cleared the most sections (the fastest on a tie) get Tower Chests by mail: 5 chests and 2 Protection Charms for first place, with rewards down to rank 100.
- •Achievements are in the Character → Achievements tab: monsters, bosses, Seal Stones, level, victories over the rival race, events, quests, professions, upgrades and the Sky Tower. Some also give Silver or a chest.
- •There are two title slots: the displayed title appears in front of your name as your name tag (e.g. [Hunter]), the power title gives a small bonus (attack, defense, health, mana or hunting EXP). When you claim an achievement reward, its title becomes your tag right away. Levels and finished quests were counted for existing characters too.
- •The tag has a single color; the Color-Shifting Tag Scroll from the Gold Bazaar makes it color-shifting permanently. If you don't want to show it, you can hide it from the Achievements window.
